Abstract Topographies
These abstracted landscapes are an ongoing extension of my "Sea Geometry Series" and are inspired by trail hikes on islands and peninsulas. I filter which elements of my experiences are brought into focus by removing unnecessary detail, often simplifying the world into amplified line, shape, color, and texture.
